Welcome to 牌效口袋教练 (Mahjong Pocket Coach) ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the 牌效口袋教练 (Mahjong Pocket Coach) mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
牌效口袋教练 (Mahjong Pocket Coach) is designed to help you master Mahjong strategies, improve your skills, and track your game progress. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
牌效口袋教练 (Mahjong Pocket Coach) offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro") and one-time purchases ("Lifetime").
By accepting these Terms, you consent to our sharing limited information about your in-app purchases and your use and consumption of purchased content with Apple when Apple requests this information to review a refund request. We may provide this information directly or through our purchase-management service provider, RevenueCat. We share such information only where we have valid consent and as necessary to help Apple make an informed refund decision.
The information may include purchase and transaction identifiers, whether purchased content or features were successfully delivered, whether a free sample or trial was provided, information about how purchased content or features were accessed or consumed where supported by Apple's refund-review interfaces, and our preferred refund outcome. This information is used for refund review, not advertising. Apple makes the final refund decision; our submission does not guarantee that a refund will be granted or declined and does not limit your applicable refund or consumer rights.
You may contact us through the Feedback section in the App settings to ask about this sharing or withdraw your consent. If consent is withdrawn or is otherwise no longer valid, we will stop sending further consumption information for this purpose. Withdrawing consent does not prevent you from requesting a refund from Apple. Updating these Terms alone does not establish that an existing user has provided valid consent to this new purpose; we will obtain any additional consent required before sharing that user's information.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the 牌效口袋教练 (Mahjong Pocket Coach) team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership over your personal game data. Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synced via your personal iCloud account if enabled. We do not have access to your personal game data.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall 牌效口袋教练 (Mahjong Pocket Coach), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
